ORPA CLOUD is designed to use business information only to provide the workflows requested by the account owner.

Information the product may process

Business profile information, authorized Gmail messages required to identify customer work, job and customer records created by users, quote and invoice information, schedule information, and payment status supplied by Stripe.

How information is used

To organize work, prepare user-requested drafts, operate connected features, secure accounts, provide support, and improve reliability. Customer Gmail content should not be used to train generalized AI models.

Your choices

Production users will be able to disconnect Gmail and Stripe, request deletion, and control what ORPA may send or schedule. Nothing customer-facing should happen solely because an email contains an instruction.
